When booking a working holiday package on this website the following terms & conditions by Working n Holiday PTY LTD apply:
Terms & Conditions
- The confirmation voucher will be emailed to you within 2 business days from the booking date. Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address in the relevant fields.
- The confirmation voucher includes all details required to start your travel. Make sure you read them carefully and follow all instructions.
- In case you haven’t received the confirmation voucher in the time specified above, email us on bookings@working-holiday-visa.org
- The packages do not include Travel & Medical insurance. You can purchase it separately from this website or from any other source. Work n Holiday is not liable for any flight delays, flight cancellation or any medical situations occurring before, during or after your travel
- For change of arrival dates or cities, email us at least 30 days before in order to ensure the changes are possible. These changes will only be confirmed when you receive the updated confirmation voucher
Cancelation Policy
- Cancelations will only be accepted in writing. Email us on bookings@working-holiday-visa.org to cancel your booking.
Refund Policy
As soon as the booking is received, the following applies:
- If you cancel after your payment – 30% cancelation fee applies of the paid amount
- If you cancel 30 days from the package starting date or less – 50% cancelation fee applies of the paid amount
- If you cancel 14 days from the package starting date or less – 75% cancelation fee applies of the paid amount
- If you cancel 7 days from the tour starting date or less – no refund will be given
Refunds will be paid within 28 days from receiving the cancelation request.
